Waiver: In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I (we) agree to the following: (1) I am not an agent, employee, or a representative of the Games, (2) I have read and will abide by the rules of the Games; (3) I will be responsible for injuries to me which result from my conduct; (4) I will reimburse the Games for any legal obligations or expenses which result from my conduct; (5) the term Games includes the Wyoming Highlanders, Teton County Wyoming, the Teton County Fair Board, the Town of Jackson Wyoming and their respective Governments or Committees; their agents, representatives, lessors, and sponsors; (6) I authorize the taking and use whatever photographs of me participating for whatever purpose they deem appropriate.
